Cancellation

1. Cancellation would be accepted only within 12 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at Street Strikers Store.

2. For Cancellation, an email must be sent to support@streetstrikers.in with complete details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.

Return & Refund Policy

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS APPLICABLE FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.

To return a product, please contact our customer support team at support@streetstrikers.in Our team will arrange a return pickup for your product. Once the item has been collected and verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.

For all returns, including products received in a damaged condition, the following conditions apply:

• Customers must notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.

• Images or videos of the product must be shared, showing the defect clearly in full view.

• Images of the packaging with the shipping label visible must be submitted.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after processing.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can share their bank account details or UPI ID to receive the refund securely.

Shipping

We process and ship all orders within 1–4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy for Customized Football Jerseys

At Street Strikers Store, we take pride in offering high-quality customized football jerseys tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we have specific return and exchange guidelines.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Customized Items

Since each customized football jersey is made to order with personalized names, numbers, or logos, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect jersey due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement under the following conditions:

The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
You must provide clear photos showing the defect or error.

3. Sizing Issues

Since customized jerseys are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order. If you need assistance, contact our support team before purchasing.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 10 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, the production process begins, and cancellations/modifications will no longer be possible.

5. Refunds & Replacements

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Replacements for defective items will be shipped at no additional cost.
